You are welcome to remit payment for your purchase using Pay Pal. However, WorldsSexiestWholesale.com will not tolerate frivolous Disputes or Fraudulent purchases.

WorldsSexiestWholesale.com (Worlds Sexiest Wholesale, LLC) will SHIP TO the address provided through your PAY PAL account REGARDLESS of the address used to Checkout through our website. IF you wish to have your parcel(s) shipped to an address other than the address listed on your Pay Pal account, you must “ADD” this secondary address to your PayPal.com account and use this address to complete Checkout through Pay Pal. WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES.

Although we package and ship items with care, we have no control over the manner which they are handled by the shipping provider. If you opt to insure your purchase, we will gladly file a dispute with the shipping provider, free of charge, on your behalf.

As an example, if you are a “Size Large” and you purchase a Calvin Klein sweater in “Size Large” and we ship this item, and it does not fit, you are welcome to return this sweater according to our Return Policy . HOWEVER, you are NOT entitled to file a Dispute stating the item was “Not as Described”. We encourage you to know the “fit” of a designer item prior to purchasing it. We recommend visiting the store of this designer and trying on similar items prior to making a purchase if you are unsure how their sizes “run”. As you likely know, some designers make clothing that fits differently than other designers. We have no control over the design or manufacturing process and therefore can not be held liable for the “fit” of an item. Again; you are welcome to Return this item according to our Return Policy. Equally, as you likely know, every computer monitor has “Setting” which allow the user to adjust “Brightness”, “Contrast” and “Color-tones”. This means that an item which you view on your home computer may appear to be a slightly different shade/tone than on your work computer or a friends computer. We do our best to describe items, colors and shades when we list the item. If you wish to return an item based on color, you are welcome to do so according to our return policy, however a Dispute will not be tolerated.
4. NO order will be shipped until payment has cleared, in full, through Pay Pal. Please keep in mind that if you are paying with an eCheck, your payment may clear through your bank PRIOR to being deposited into our account through Pay Pal. An eCheck can take five (5) Business Days to clear.
5. MULTIPLE/DIVIDED PAYMENTS for the same items will result in a cancelation of the purchase and a refund of the PayPal.com Payments. Please remit payment for your item(s) from a single PayPal.com account.
6. Orders from Unverified Accounts are subject to cancelation. Please verify your PayPal.com account through Pay Pal PRIOR to remitting payment.
